It's true. If you are deciding about starting a career in aviation and are being given the choice of a program that will allow you to be a first officer in a turbo jet aircraft at the end of it at an international airline you should worry about your fleet transfer before you even apply. I would. What about days off. Do they pay for stand in sim?

To the original poster. I think you should only accept an airline which promises you a wide body within 6 months of completing your course. And that too only a wide body that was designed after 2000. In addition I would personally arrange an appointment with the CEOs of the airlines you want to join and put my foot down from day one. Don't take any ****. Let them know exactly what kind of rosters you want, what kind of attitude you expect from the captain's etc. This will put you in good stead for the future. There aren't that many out of work pilots out there. And not too many applicants for the MPL programs I'm sure they will give on to all your demands.
