The real reason behind the Disney "TFRs" (aint nothing "T" about them, they're permanent) is that Disney wanted to prevent aerial advertising from being seen by their patrons. It was a real sore point with Disneyco that others could advertise to their crowds and Disney couldn't control it, nor charge for it. So, they cooked up a deal with Alaska Senator for Life, Ted Stevens to introduce legislation establishing the no-fly zones.
