At age 10 I decided that I wanted to be an airline pilot. And dedicate myself to do it, come hell or high water.
So, I worked two paper rounds until age 14.
Then worked the horse race track circuit of Kempton Park, Epsom, Ascot, Sandown Park as porter from age 14-16.
Then aircraft engineering apprentice from 16-20 and aircraft mechanic until 21.
Work second and third job as bar tender in Richmond and motor cycle dispatch rider in Hampton.
I never borrowed a penny from anybody, and a received no help from my family.
And I made it.
The hard work, dedication and determination is what gets you to the top, and keeps you going when the time get tough, and they will.
