Thanks Helihub - have got that list - the obvious problem, for this purpose, is the specific weight category.
Be careful dishing out the praise - the CAA is still in debit as far as I'm concerned. It can only get away with what it does because it has a monopoly ;-)
Grounds for mis-selling under the Trades Description Act I feel - especially in the FCL department - advice and turnaround times are unacceptable. They even fail to meet their own generous targets.
If the service was 'free' then you have to take it for what it is but.......
