This is typical Norwegian. Have not heard anything good about them. I know several guys/gals who joined as FOs in the past 12 months. Some of them had sim assessments and some did not. Some had prior commercial or instructing experience and some were zero hours cadets. No consistency in who was sim checked and who was not. Utterly bizzare! Some of those who had done a sim check even ended up on the same TR as those who had not!
