RNAV capability for older cargo aircraft in EU

I'm trying to offer some advice to an airport that wants to bin NDB/VOR and is focussed on the freight market. So the exam question is how many freighters don't have operational and airframe approval for the minimum of LNAV only. For instance an early 757 may not be RNAV final approach capable if it has never had a FMGC upgrade but probably most have had an upgrade, but do all the freight operators also go for the RNAV final approach training and approval too? I suspect that less than 10% of freight flights are not capable of LNAV approaches, older 737/757 without FMGC upgrade maybe, and An124 etc types.

Any help would be much appreciated, I just don't think airports should be installing ground based aids other than ILS/GBAS going forward so it would be good to work out a fairly reliable figure.
