Ref RPM prop diameter and airspeed of a Saab 2000: dunno.
An ATR is a sizeable turboprop. Standard prop RPM is 1200, diameter 12 feet-ish, so a tip speed of 514 mph. Aircraft IAS up to 250 kts.
