Seems to be an ongoing issue in Goulburn. Maybe it's time to ask the ACT government (again) if we can have a local RA/GA airfield.
Do other airports have "access charges" for the hangars, or do they just have landing fees plus rent for parking? I can understand having a very small fee to cover upkeep of the taxiways connecting the privately-owned hangars to the rest of the airport (not used by anyone except the people in those hangars, but probably still owned by the airport) - but it's hard to see a justification for making that fee as large as it appears to be in Goulburn. Obviously at some airports the hangars are also owned by the airport, in which case the airport can rent that space out as necessary.
