PAXboy - if you don't like it, pay for one of the premium classes when you fly... given the experience of other airlines it seems passengers in the back of the bus are quite happy with the race to the bottom
No complaint from me. My sense of exasperation was on behalf of the poor, benighted staff of BA, who will have to put up with the further downgrading of this once fine company.
I have not travelled (to any significant degree) with BA since 1988. They are never my first choice. If I do use my remaining FFMs with them, I would use long haul in a premium cabin.
The race to the bottom was established decades ago and is not over yet.
