NPPL(M) -> PPL(A)

Hi All,

I have had a good look around and understand there is a good amount of documentation for the most part on converting from a LAPL to a PPL(A).

At the moment I hold an NPPL(M). My route of conversion will be:

1. NPPL(M) to NPPL(SSEA). This requires 1 hour instrument appreciation, 2 hours stall spin awareness, qualifying XC of 100NM and two landaways and passing the PPL GST and PPL NAV test. Also is the requirement to pass the PPL Aircraft General and Principles of Flight. This is documented here: http://www.enstoneflyingclub.co.uk/f...onversions.pdf
2. NPPL(SSEA) to LAPL(A). Paper conversion.
3. LAPL(A) to PPL(A). According to CAP 804 FCL.210.A:

Specific requirements for applicants holding an LAPL(A). Applicants for a PPL (A) holding an LAPL(A) shall have completed at least 15 hours of flight time on aeroplanes after the issue of the LAPL (A), of which at least 10 shall be flight instruction completed in a training course at an ATO. This training course shall include at least 4 hours of supervised solo flight time, including at least 2 hours of solo cross-country flight time with at least 1 cross-country flight of at least 270 km (150 NM), during which full stop landings at 2 aerodromes different from the aerodrome of departure shall be made.

This appears OK. However, is there the requirement to sit the other PPL written exams? It doesn't seem clear and I can't find a discussion anywhere online about the written exams, only the practical flying.
