I wouldn't have thought it's going to make any difference to the south (Fairoaks) nor probably to the north (Denham) Both have ATZs partly within the existing CTR and would I imagine enjoy the same historic access. I don't understand why the CTR is as big as it is - it's not as if traffic join downwind under the TMA any more. The old justification for its North/South extent was to accommodate ops on 05/23 which went many years ago - 15/33 went decades ago to accommodate Terminal 3 expansion.
