I appreciate your comments that not being insured is a serious offence.
But before we all scream "won't some body think of the children" just one point to consider. If an uninsured driver is involved in an accident then there is a scheme to look after them.
There's no need to be over dramatic.
I've met MK and live in Taunton. I think the man goes too far and lack of insurance is just one example. Although of course we don't know if he had insurance or not.
