Agree. And it is for this reason that I want to come work at Emirates. To have a boss that understands pilots and understands aviation is invaluable. It is wonderful to see Emirates taking safety so seriously and adding training beyond what's required to address what they know to be a deficiency amongst pilots.
You cannot be a pilot, you clearly do not understand and do not know what you are talking about.
