Fascinating how just one example (the documentary film) has been picked as the example of where "we", "everyone" etc was used. Surely there's a whole range of sources available where "we" was used to prove this beyond reasonable doubt. And everyone else has therefore got it wrong? That's of interest, particularly now the Telegraph writer has double-checked their quotes...
Other than that and the handful of statements intended to 'clear up' the entire matter, I would be interested to be shown a greater assortment of instances whereby the team nature of the trips have been highlighted. The Boeing article, as an example close to hand, uses a vast number of "I" and "My" but there's no mention of others being involved in the trip.
