I work for Atlas Air now and I spent some time as a loadmaster. Its 20 days on 10 days off a month. Be prepared to spend 3 or 4 days at a time on the plane. Short stays in hotels. They will work you for your 20 days. The hotels we use are pretty nice and for the most part you will stay with the front end crews. You will go through several crews in your 20 days on the road. Its not a bad job just lots of time away from home sitting on a plane.
