You need to do another 3 hours including a flight with an instructor AND get all the paperwork completed before close of play on Sunday. (Oh and 12 takeoffs and landings in the last 12 months, too. There's a bit more but the instructor you fly with will fill you in).

That sounds a bit unlikely in the time frame so the best option is to go to a Registered Facility or an Approved Training Organisation, explain your circumstances and they will advise you. Typically you'll need an assessment to see what training is required for you to come up to the standard for a Licence Proficiency Check.

If you did your 9 hours in a club or school aircraft, they should be able to look after you and in my view, ought to have been keeping an eye on your hours/expiry dates as well.
