Heads up for those with non UK issued EASA licences. My invite to interview turned to a PFO in less than 24 hours when their recruitment team asked me to confirm EASA licence state of issue. I said I was willing to convert to UK if successful with the application but they insist on UK EASA licence at interview stage. Seems a bit extreme but their train set I guess.
