Fryva most things are based on seniority (S) and some are First to ask (F)
- Fleet change (S) - I would expect to do 3 years on any type I joined on but maybe less.
- Base change (dunno F I think)
- Part Time (F) - bit of a queue at the moment I think and must do 2 years before eligible
- Positioning - not much these days
- Perks - staff travel awesome, loss licence, private med dental, uniforms, pension 15pc
- Days off - Golden Days, region preferences, destination prefs, days off requests and swaps
- Avg days off varies but you get min 2 days off after any trip and 3 days off after any longer trip.
- 380s (we got 350s instead)
- Long term (better placed than ever probably after trimming costs). Remains to be seen how much Norwegian / Wow model threatens our leisure biz but don't see a threat to LHR biz traffic.
