I agree with ScotWings and FF, I just wonder how much weighting is placed on each of the elements, especially seeing that they put a panel exercise in there for a reason! I hope that they take an overall picture of the day when inviting people to the next round and not too much weighting is placed on the interview as opposed to the other tasks... (for my own sake!).
