I was fortunate enough to make it through to interview. I enjoyed the process to be honest and found all the assessors to be very genuine and sincere. The thing with the first two exercises in the morning is that they unfortunately (or fortunately depending which way you look at it) give people the rope to hang themselves with. For example, forcibly making yourself a leader in a leaderless exercise. I appreciate people's comments regarding not being able to display their aviation knowledge and motivations for applying but I think the two morning exercises show a lot more of a person than you realise and as such can be fairly used to filter people.
