The GenDecs have this information on them - on all, they were both named in the CREW section and the passengers section was crossed through.
If this practice was followed for all Ms Curtis-Taylor's flights, it may well provide the "smoking gun" that the AWPA asked for in the email quoted earlier by
JS. It certainly would seem to contradict the caption on the picture of her presentation that has been posted before.
