Has anyone mentioned flight plans ? Crossing International boundaries they are mandatory .
Furthermore Item 19 has a box for POBs [ persons { used to be souls } on board ] .
If unknown then when flight plan filed then TBN [ to be notified ] However on opening flight plan POB must be notified for SAR purposes .
