Well they had a big group exercise and a panel exercise in smaller groups before sending half of the group home before interview. The other half got through to interview after lunch.
I felt that the interview was tough but that the questions asked weren't particularly deep enough for us to showcase our true ability or motivation or indeed exactly how much preparation I had actually done! That's just my own opinion and I know other people got asked different questions so we shall see!
