So, back to the posters actual question, I don't think you can under Part-NCO because in that case you wouldn't have an ops manual. Isn't the EC135 too heavy for Part-NCO - isn't it NCC? In any case you'd probably need to be in a commercial organisation that has an ops manual and is then doing a nob-revenue flight. Possible but unlikely.
