I imagine AMS, if it happened on KL would be a daily service, at most. Maybe even a night stop to being with. One daily flight isn't going to be great for onward connections, but I think 2x daily E190 would be a very strong opening entry. It's not impossible, DUB is already up to 4 daily. If KL do come on the route EI would almost certainly reduce frequency, so some opportunity for new routes, or return of the likes of Rome, Nice, etc.
Leeds doesn't seem to be back for next year so far. The launch always struck me as half hearted both marketing and schedule. I wondered if EI felt 3x daily to MAN was too much, Leeds and ORK likely offered zero charges, so it was probably worth a go. Given the success of NCL and SOU in particular I think EI know what they are doing and LBA will probably be back at some stage - likely a year or once it's eligible for zero charges again.
