What's the reason for the bizarre approach that we seem to get on AMS-MAN flights?
The flight goes way to the north east of the airport (over Rochdale I believe), does a big turn to the south and eventually turn right to the south west to approach the airport.
It adds about 10 minutes to the flying time.
