It's the same distance from Belfast to Derry as it is from Derry to Belfast.
It is also the same distance from Nottingham to London as London to Nottingham but the main airport is located closer to the main population hub.
And Cuthere, they move stuff all the time to get better deals and will go on being part of our NI future as it is now because we don't have the population to sustain remote cities as Derry currently is. Infrastructure is the way forward. Build a good road to drive to BFS and everyone will be grand. If we had gotten our act together years ago, it would likely have made keeping things in Derry easier as location would have been less of an issue.
