I think this can work for BE and FR. Given BRS has 23 weekly flights the last week of Sept, there must be enough Welsh passengers using them services to warrant FR starting from CWL. FR know where their passengers come from. I doubt CWL would jeopardise the BE operation given the investment in it. I don't think it's the last we'll get from FR though, but maybe more in 2018.
