There will be less rubbish on board, since they won't have time to sell that much anyway.
On my flight to Brussels the other day, it was 45 mins in the air, so take off the 10 mins to landing and the 10 mins before the crew were released and they hardly had time to do the free food and drinks, by the time they're taking money, processing credit cards etc they will probably cover about half the cabin, since the Purser will be covering the club hot meal service.
