I can kinda understand the logic but surely it can't be done with a 2/3 crew on a 319 for example. More cabin crew and more time required to clean the plane on each turn. Maybe the crew nite start cleaning there own plane or is that just one step to far
I don't understand why you think it couldn't be done on an A319 with the current crew compliment ?
As for more time cleaning... Well with potentially a lot less people actually eating overall compared to the previous offerings (of everyone just taking it because it was there), there could actually be even less rubbish and things to clean up after.
