Way I understand it is (inc Club)
BA - Gold & Silver Exec - at time of booking.
BA Bronze - 7 days in advance
Everyone else - 24 hours.
Flew out and back this month with friends - they are silver and booked seat last December. We had to do the 7 day booking despite booking at the same time.
