You will need a bung spanner for the drums, and a spear to draw the fuel from the drum. If you are charging for the fuel, the meter will need to be calibrated. A honda (or similar) pump may be advantageous, if pumping lots of fuel.
Dont forget earthing leads to connect fuel nozzle and drums to grounding point and the aircraft.
