Does Exeter form part of an Enterprise Zone?
I would imagine that the Welsh Government would provide some £££ towards enticing Flybe operations/MRO to South Wales similar to Aston Martin.
I have seen the article which includes a comment from Cardiff Airport Chairman mentioning that he would like to entice them to Cardiff.
One option could be that Cardiff Aviation to provide the MRO (St Athan) /Training (Cardiff Airport) and maybe Operations being built near Cardiff Airport or in Cardiff City Centre (Another enterprise zone).
