I think I do actually so I'll go dig it up. Yeah sometimes you need to actually need to get a professional to help out with these things even if it costs it saves you a lot in the long run.
If I had known I couldn't get a loan I wouldn't have paid the deposit in the first place. I guess it is my own fault but its such a pain to lose 5K which took me a long time to save
