I'd imagine the assessment fee covers both days which includes assessors for the group projects and members of interview panels on day 2. If you get to day 2 then fair enough, you're paying for the full assessment, although at a much higher price than other schemes. If you don't get to day 2 then you're paying the same high price which I would think helps to cover the expenses of day 2 for others as well as line the pockets of the powers that be at CTC.
