For anyone that doesn't get to stage 2 with CTC you're essentially paying for the assessments of those that do.
No prob btw. People that get to the final stage would have paid their full fee too so you wouldn't really be funding them imo. The fee for those that don't make it to the final stages is just extra profit for CTC.
I must say I admire them somewhat, they must make more profit from selection fees alone than many companies make in revenue. All my mates think I'm a nutcase for even paying to be interviewed for a job, especially one where you must pay £109,000 .... oh the aviation bug !
