If someone got fired I doubt they are going to hire him back... It doesn't make any sense
One of the regionals here in the US, just recently called all the pilots who had previously failed out of training...asking them if they wanted to come back in a new hire class...no interview required.
A sign of the Pilot Shortage getting worse and worse.
