So, the PANS-ATM amendment did finally arrive late June.
Big changes in procedures and phraseologies for ops on SIDs and STARs.
Still effective this November.
But still no sign of the awareness material ICAO promised for the flight-crews and to support ATCO training....
Can't see it going smoothly....
