Thanks so much for all the info kevinsmiley. For those worried about video interviews, I too felt mine was terrible however I am now on "active hold" after completing my ASIC. I believe they score everyone on different things such as application, video, online test, assessment day etc and then add up the points which I was happy about as I really felt my video let me down.
