Err I don't think so.
Need CAT 6 RFF (Fire and Rescue cover), some nav aids (!?) and to be a DfT 'Directed' airport for security screening purposes.
Unless the vegetable farmer has suddenly spent rather a lot on whopper fire tenders, employed an army of fire crew, bought in screening equipment and staff and had that all approved by the DfT, and spent a pile more on infrastructure, that's never going to happen chaps.
Oh, and Cannes won't take 737s so that's out of the water.
