Well there is a rumour that Jet2 will be looking to base up to 30 aircraft at Manchester in the next 2-4 years. But with MAN TP taking place it would be a big ask by the airport.
But for now i think Jet2 wont go for Long Haul, if they did they would do it through aquisition. Who knows they might buy TCX in the future.
There isn't a cat in hells chance that Jet 2 will double their MAN fleet in the next two - four years - there simply isn't the capacity and that will only get worse during the T2 'Transformation Programme'. It's debatable, given growth in long haul services from the airport (and associated wide bodies taking up more stands) that MAN could cater for that many additional aircraft even after the T2 project is completed - not without a further significant expansion.
