I had booked in to the Aspire lounge in T1 on Saturday afternoon. Absolute chaos - it took 10 minutes to check in, then nowhere to sit. only bread and soup available and a queue of 30 people waiting to get served. It was so poor I ended up walking out. I must say I that despite the best efforts of the staff it was overbooked with with insufficient staff. I wouldn't book it again as I thought it was very disappointing and nothing like an 'executive lounge ' experience. I will be asking for my money back. I'll give me Escape lounge a go again next time.
Agree 100pc.I used the lounge on 10th June and found the furniture to be shabby and in need of a good deep clean. Catering was also very limited. Definitely not value for money.
