Only time I've ever gone in that one there was a sign on the door saying it was full, it clearly wasn't and by the time the attendant begrudgingly let us in we were the only people in there. It is however far better than the Escape lounge in T1 if for no other reason than it has windows, made the mistake of going in the Escape once and it had all the atmosphere of a school canteen. Food selection comprised triangle tuna sandwiches and sausage rolls, drink selection was distinctly generic (with anything premium carrying an additional charge). A nice No1 would be a welcome addition.
