Most inlet cowls are only held on by a handful of bolts and are easily swapped out.
It's more than "a handful" of bolts - probably 50 or 60 bolts. But I get your point.
Bloggs, based on the pictures of the Southwest 737, the mounting flange appears to still be attached to the engine - its the rest of the inlet that went bye-bye
