On the day 1 assessment day (phase 2) CTC staff were saying that if you passed day 1 (technical/aptitude day), then the day 2 assessment (phase 3, non-technical, with group exercise and interview) would be the final stage. This day 2 assessment would be with staff from easyJet present so that they can make their decision based on your performance on this day rather than needing a further day at Luton.
Some confusion has come from the application screen which also lists a phase 4 on the right hand side. Best guess is that they are either treating the group exercise as phase 3 and then the interview as phase 4, or more likely that phase 3 is CTC saying you've passed the non-technical day to their standard, and then phase 4 is the easyJet decision based on the same assessment day.
So, phase 4 still exists on the online application portal, but according to CTC staff there will not be any further assessment beyond the day 2 non-technical assessment day.
