This is so sad , Emirates to became like that , I think because of the wrong recruitment policy , they were recruitmenting very few or in other words specific nationalities , in the mean time , the neighbouring airline done the most hiring . Now they fall behind in their manpower , can't get neither DEC nor FO ,that backed fired on the line pilots resulted in terrible rosters and horandus monthly hours ,unlike QR which was behind few years ago and now became very stable in rostores and better pay .
TATA were the conditions horandus at QR too? I guess the vast recruitmenting has eased that up in the last few years
