Are you sure it's not just for the Rubgy flights operating between the 8th-12th March 2017?
That's all that is visible in the schedule on the EI website at the moment (unless you can see something we can't?)...
The schedule also shows up to 4 daily flights from BRS on Monday, Thursday and Fridays from November making around 22 departures per week, so would expect this to also change if the DUB flights from CWL return?
