As I sat there I just wondered why is it taking Manchester 10 years to produce some improvements when Dublin did it in a fraction of the time. I also wondered, why isn't Manchester better than this now!
Would I be right in thinking that DAA is state owned, and therefore national infrastructure issues are placed ahead of profit for Dublin; or am I wide of the mark?
