I have found this thread extremely useful and informative highlighting different views and opinions of the selection process.
I would just like to know if anybody has undertaken the final assessment day with CTC/Easyjet? If so, please could you share your experiences in regard to the group exercises and formal interviews.
The group tasks and interview questions will undoubtedly change over the coming months however this will be really useful to understand your experience of the process.
