320 till 15?!?
Sadly a fair amount of pants is being spoken about what they are looking for!
Wide vs Narrow is not part of the screening. A 320 rating is actually a big advantage due to the reduced training burden on switching to a 330 compared to say a 747 classic.
A 737 doesn't help but doesn't hurt either! Lack of command time or a weird training/employment history would be more of a hinderance (outer tharg airways).
Generally, the reason a strange reply is generated by the system, for a seemingly competitive candidate, is that the application form has been filled in incorrectly. If this occurs, the application will be incorrectly scored and the wrong reply will be sent out.
I would recommend that you carefully check the application to ensure that all the information is presented correctly in the right boxes and resubmit it under you original reference number. The application will then be reassessed.
